Transform the unused end of compatible boltless shelving into an accessible storage center for hardware, fasteners, fittings, electrical parts, automotive supplies, craft materials and other small items.

Rack-Ware’s modular system uses snap-in mounting components that connect directly to rectangular openings already present in compatible shelving posts. The upper bin-support rail can be adjusted to accommodate dimensional differences among compatible rack depths, allowing the system to fit securely across the end of the shelving unit.

A repositionable lower support rail can be installed in the middle or lower mounting position. Use the middle position with smaller bins or move the rail downward to support larger bins.

Individual storage bins can be removed, repositioned and rearranged as your storage needs change. Different kit configurations allow you to select the bin sizes and quantities that work best for your tools, parts and workspace.

Compatibility

Designed specifically for compatible boltless shelving uprights with the required rectangular openings on the side faces of the rack posts. This system is not compatible with rack uprights that lack the necessary rectangular mounting openings.

The upper mounting system is adjustable for compatible rack depths within its published adjustment range. Manufacturer dimensions and upright designs vary, so compare your rack-post openings, opening spacing and actual rack depth with the product images and measurements before ordering.

Installation

Insert the snap-in mounting components into the compatible rectangular openings on the front and rear rack uprights. Adjust and secure the upper bin-support rail so it spans the end of the shelving unit correctly.

Install the lower support rail in the middle position for smaller bins or the lower position for larger bins. Attach the storage bins to the upper rail and confirm that the lower rail properly supports and stabilizes them.

Before adding stored items, make sure every mounting component and support rail is fully seated and secure.

Important product note

Use only with compatible rack uprights and remain within the published load limit. Distribute stored weight evenly across the system. This product does not increase the shelving manufacturer’s stated load capacity. Do not use the rails or bins as steps, handles or personal-support devices.
